My Story:
I built my career from the ground up. Starting as an agency assistant in Brighton, I worked my way up to Creative Director at a best-selling beachwear brand on ASOS, and later became Marketing Director at a leading accountancy firm in Canary Wharf.
On paper, I had it all. I was living in Central London, earning six figures, with a prestigious title I was proud of and a clear path ahead of me - But...
I saw a bigger picture and a bigger dream. One where I could build something of my own, work with multiple brands and founders I truly believe in, and create with intention and passion every single day.
(My family thought I was crazy for walking away from it all)
And that’s where By Jade Knight began.
I freelanced alongside my full-time roles for the past 5 years, but in 2024, I made the decision to take my freelance work full-time, I offer more than just content calendars and trendy reels. I work closely with each client to craft strategy-led, story-driven social media that actually moves the needle, whether that’s more engagement, stronger brand presence, or paid campaigns that convert. From organic management and influencer marketing to Meta & LinkedIn ads and website design, everything I do is grounded in intention and backed by experience.

I began my career in Brighton, working in fast-paced marketing agencies where I gained hands-on experience managing campaigns, supporting clients across industries, and learning what it really takes to grow a brand from the ground up.
2020
Marketing Director Chapter
Canary Wharf, London
I relocated to London for a Six-Figure Salary at 24.
From there, I moved to Canary Wharf in London and lived the corporate girlie dream as Marketing Director at a Canary Wharf–based company. In that role, I led multi-channel campaigns, worked closely with the founder to shape the direction of the company, and developed marketing strategies that delivered measurable results.
It was a step up - one that taught me how to think big, lead with intention, and build systems that support long-term brand growth.
2023
The Freelance Chapter
For the past five years, I freelanced alongside my full-time roles, gaining a deep understanding of what brands need to grow online.
In 2024, I made the decision to take my freelance work full-time, I work one-to-one with founders, creatives, and small brands around the world, offering hands-on social media strategy, content creation, paid ads, and influencer marketing and have build a team of experts who join projects as and when needed.
I have worked with house hold names such as Boohoo, Lounge, Privé Luxury Travel, Elemis and Pretty Little Thing just to name a few.
